TEACHERS’ MOTIVATIONAL STRATEGIES: PREDICTORS OF LEARNERS’ ATTITUDE AND PERFORMANCE IN MATHEMATICS

The goal of this study was look into teachers motivational strategies as predictors attitudes and performance in mathematics. respondents were 30 150 pupils from public elementary schools Sub-office Pila. Researcher–made survey questionnaires used data collection. ran January to April 2023. Results showed that majority the 40-49 years old, married, with less than 10 experience, have masteral units. extent very high terms remediation, direct instruction, solving problems, giving homework, personality traits, teaching styles but only use multimedia gadgets. Students also found level interest mathematics habits. Moreover, students satisfactory. concluded there no significant differences regardless age, civil status, length service, educational attainment, position/rank. Likewise, correlation between attitude researcher recommended provision additional support teachers, constant various strategies, sustenance their effective habits, conduct investigation on habits using other collection methods such observations document reviews.
